**Position: Sales Executive**
**Salary Range**: INR 11,000 to INR 14,000 + Performance-Based Incentives

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively engage in sales activities to promote our diverse range of Skin and Healthcare products, showcasing their unique features and benefits.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Harness your exceptional convincing skills to effectively communicate product value propositions to potential customers.
- Soft calling techniques to establish rapport, ensure customer comfort, and create an enriching purchasing experience.
- Meet and exceed predetermined sales targets by consistently closing deals and driving revenue growth.

**Required Skills**:

- A genuine passion for sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Outstanding convincing skills to adeptly address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns, and to secure successful sales outcomes.
- Proficiency in soft calling methods to foster a welcoming and engaging communication atmosphere.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively convey product information.
- Results-oriented mindset, driven by the desire to consistently surpass individual and team sales objectives.

**Minimum Qualifications: 12th or Any Bachelor's Degree.**
