**Job Summary**:
The Hospital Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the 125-bed hospital, ensuring high standards of patient care, staff efficiency, and effective management of resources. The role involves strategic planning, coordination of services, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Management**:
- **Oversee daily operations**: Ensure smooth functioning of all departments including outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and support services.
- **Resource management**: Efficiently manage hospital resources including staffing, equipment, and supplies.
- **Quality assurance**: Implement and maintain quality standards in patient care and hospital services.
- **Facility maintenance**: Ensure the hospital is well-maintained, safe, and clean for patients, visitors, and staff.
**Financial Management**:
- **Cost control**: Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality of care.
**Human Resource Management**:
- **Staff recruitment and training**: Recruit, train, and retain qualified medical and non-medical staff.
- **Performance management**: Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and foster professional development.
**Patient Care**:
- **Patient satisfaction**: Monitor patient feedback and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.

**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 to7 years of experience in a health care facility, preferably in a similar setting.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
