**Student Success Executive (SS001)**

**Job profile**:
The role of the student success executive is to handle various day-to-day student support activities. This would involve coordination between students, mentors and placement teams and ensure the right set of information is shared with the students on a timely basis. This role would also involve interacting with external stakeholders like National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) for student certification related activities.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- **1**+ years of experience

**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION**:

- Any degree

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Closely coordinate with various internal teams which includes mentors and placement team to ensure all the coordination activities are done promptly (Example - Mock interviews)
- Handle certification requests from students and provide them as per the process
- Coordinate with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and conduct external certification activities by taking complete coordination responsibility

**JOB SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Dynamic and go-getter mentality to get things done on time
- Ability to strike conversation with students and motivate them by providing right information on time
- Previous experience in handling students in Academia / Counseling / Recruitment industry would be a plus
