**Job Title: Farm Supervisor**
**Reports to**: Area Manager / Zonal Manager
**Job Summary**
The Farm Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the farm, ensuring that all agricultural processes are carried out efficiently and effectively. This role includes supervising farm workers, maintaining equipment, monitoring crop health, and ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. The Farm Supervisor will report directly to the Area Manager & Zonal Manager and work to ensure the farm runs smoothly in accordance with established guidelines.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Diploma degree in Agriculture or Horticulture
- **Experience**: 1-2 years
- **Knowledge of**: Agricultural techniques, farm equipment, pest and disease control, and crop management.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
