**Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skill Trainer to join our team at Learnet Skills Limited. As a Soft Skill Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance the soft skills, financial skills of Truck Drivers in one of our CSR mandate. This position requires travel to various locations, both within and outside the city, to deliver training programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and customize training modules accordingly.
- Facilitate interactive workshops and sessions to engage participants and maximize learning outcomes.
- Utilize a variety of training methodologies, including role-plays, group activities, and presentations.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, and make necessary improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Hindi.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to connect with participants and create an engaging learning environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively to deliver training sessions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
