Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing interior spaces for various projects, including concept development, material selection, space planning, and layout creation.

Work alongside senior designers to develop design concepts and presentations for clients.

Create floor plans, mood boards, 3D renderings, and other visual aids to communicate design ideas.

Assist with sourcing and selecting materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes.

Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure designs are feasible and within budget.

Support project management activities, including preparing design documents and ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.

Conduct on-site visits to gather measurements, assess design feasibility, and oversee installation or execution.

Revise and refine designs based on client feedback and changes in project scope.

Stay up to date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the interior design industry.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other interior design tools.

Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, and architectural elements.

Good understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.

Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations related to interior design.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with 3D rendering and visualization software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, sketchUp, 3d max).

Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building materials.

Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Experience with both residential and commercial design projects.

Skills & Competencies:
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Attention to detail with a keen eye for design aesthetics.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Must have his/her laptop
