**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure visitor badges are issued.
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Assist with administrative support tasks like data entry, document filing, and scheduling.
- Ensure security protocols are followed at the reception area.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, administration, or similar is preferred.
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
