**Job Title**: Operations Executive - Returns

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily return orders and ensure timely processing and resolution.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, warehouses, and customer service teams to ensure smooth return pickups and restocking.
- Track return-related data and generate daily/weekly reports using Excel.
- Analyze return trends and suggest process improvements to reduce return rates.
- Maintain accurate records of returned goods, reasons for return, and stock adjustments.
- Ensure adherence to company policies regarding return timelines, refund processes, and product conditions.
- Handle escalations related to return issues and provide prompt resolutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Commerce, or Logistics).
- 1-3 years of experience in operations or returns management in an e-commerce setup.
- **Proficient in MS Excel** - must be comfortable using **VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables**, and basic formulas for data analysis.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of inventory and order management systems is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with Excel
- Ecommerce experience is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
