**Position Summary**

Preference will be given to people who also understand inventory audits and Physical Stock Taking
Verification, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining general accounting work with the Finance team
- Submission of ledger statement, invoice-wise outstanding statement, balances reconciliation to customer
- Performing Monthly Inhouse Internal Audits of Accounting Activities & Internal Controls
- Assisting Top Management in the Implementation and updating of various Internal Control
- Analyzing and presenting financial data and metrics to the top management
- Assessment and return filing of Sale Tax, TDS, and Service Tax
- Maintaining Bank Reconciliation, Cash Reconciliation, Revenue Reconciliations, and Ledger Reconciliation
- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Achievement of monthly collection from clients
- Managing Physical Stock Taking Verification and Monitoring of Store Staff pending work
- Plan, Organize, motivate, delegated, trained, monitored, and tracked expectation
- Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations Management

**What you’ll need**:

- Should have been in a similar position in his/ her earlier organization.
- Strong analytical skills including Microsoft Excel
- Good Knowledge of accounting and taxation
- Proactive, Team Player, requires good co-ordination and networking capabilities
- Aggressive and action-oriented approach. Hunger for learning and growth.
- A lateral thinker should have a solutions-based approach.
