Product Designer

As a Product Designer at Inventin you will join an exciting and growing team, will get opportunity for exciting Product Design and Development of new products for a wide range of clients in the Defence. Medical, Consumer and Industrial Sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Taking a key role in Product Design and development.
- Designing, developing and testing highly inventive new ideas that solve real-world problems.
- Ensuring each and every project is developed to an outstanding level of aesthetic refinement.
- Qualitative Research on Product, User, Market and Environment
- Making proof of principle prototypes to rapidly test your ideas.
- Communicating project work internally and externally to colleagues and clients
- Managing your own time and planning tasks carefully to maximise value for our clients

Skills Profile Essential:

- A passionate person with methodical approach towards new product design
- A creative and inspired mindset that consistently develop new and inventive ideas, even in saturated markets.
- Very strong proficiency with 3D CAD ideally Rhino/Blender, including complex surfacing
- Excellent sketching ability and strong proficiency with digital sketching software: Sketchbook, Procreate.
- Strong proficiency with basic MS Office software, preparation of presentation slides
- Passion for 3D rendering packages: Keyshot, Blender
- Very strong proficiency with the Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Should have hands on knowledge on Product Graphics and visual design
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes including prototyping, small batch, fabrication and mass manufacture - backed up with an understanding of the design constraints imposed by these processes.
- Should know prototyping basics able to supervise and get the mockup/prototype developed
- Should have basic knowledge for materials particularly plastics and metal

Qualifications / Experience:

- 2-5 years of product design consultancy experience
- At least a degree in Industrial or Product Design
- Good portfolio of consumer and / or medical projects, that evidence your knowledge of every stage of the design development process..

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Freelance, Internship

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
