We have opening for **Legal Executive** in Dhana Capital and Finance Limited (NRD Group of Companies)

**MINIMUM 0.6 months or 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE**

**Preferable: Married Female**

**Preferable : NBFC / BBL / LLB Graduates / Bank / Law Firm**

**Salary 18000 to 20000/**:

- To look after the Sec 138 Cheque bounce cases
- Filing of Execution Petitions in the appropriate Courts
- Making regular follow up with Opponents for settlement of the cases
- Sound Knowledge of Court proceedings.
- Drafting, Vetting, Negotiating and modification of Loan Agreements, contracts, and agreements related documents
- Disbursement & Recovery
- Must be either from a Law Firm / Bank / NBFC
