Creative Supervisor - Video / 8 years to 10 years / Mumbai
Who are you?

You have experience in promo and trailer editing, with a focus on shows and webseries

You have strong storytelling and narrative building skills with short-form and long-form videos

You are someone who looks at creativity all around you and looks for aesthetics in everything around you, especially when it comes to impactful videos

Your motto for everything creative is ‘How do I make it more impactful?’

You stay apprised of all technological trends and current digital media trends, and research well on what is your client looking for and what your customer wants and bridge the gap

You have an extreme eye for detail when it comes to the minutest of detailing on the videos

You can seamlessly work with teams for delivering most amazing video edits and motion graphics

You are someone who has strong understanding of softwares and can work on Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Illustrator or Avid Media Composer and are always open to learning more software and be apprised of the trends

You are willing to learn new skills and grow

You are someone who contributes creative ideas to enhance project effectiveness, leveraging your experience and skills in show and web series editing.

What will you do?

You will be responsible to conceptualize and edit promos and trailers, drawing on your experience with shows and web series, across various OTT platforms

You will be giving out innovative ideas for different videos and motion graphics to be put on digital platforms based on recent trends

You work effortlessly in a timely manner and can churn out quality videos for binge-watch worthy OTT shows and movies

You have the ability to translate your ideas visually for the team

You understand the brand tonality and how the videos flow should be and add the required music, texts, and effects as per the brief

You continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency

You will also be involved in brainstorming sessions with different brand teams for clients

You are someone who can think out of the box and at the same time ensure that the message in the creative is being conveyed too
