**Jr. Editor (Digital Media) Hindi**

**Job description**
- Edit articles, select photos and give story ideas, give headlines and caption and edit copies.

2. Prepare, rewrite and edit copy to improve readability, or supervise others who do this work.

3. Read copy or proof to detect and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax

4. Plan the contents of publications according to the publication's style, editorial policy, and publishing requirements.

5. Verify facts, dates, and statistics, using standard reference sources.

6. Review and approve proofs submitted by composing room prior to publication production.

7. Read, evaluate and edit manuscripts or other materials submitted for publication and confer with authors regarding changes in content, style or organization, or publication.
- Make pages, give correct and catchy headlines, give smart taglines adages and provide informative captions and make attractive and informative graphics and edit and rewrite stories in order to produce error-free, informative and attractive pages.

9. Make manuscript acceptance or revision recommendations to the publisher.

10. Mandatorily must have experience in Language Editing, Level -2, Medical Journal and knowledge about QC.

11. Able to perform edit /proofread independently and make the work done by the team members delivery ready
- A self-motivated team player with proven, impeccable writing skills

**Eligibility**

1. Graduation degree in any discipline preferably in Hindi with degree or diploma in journalism/mass communication.

2. Excellent written communication skills

3. Ability to structure sentences well. Good communication skills; team player; problem -solving skills; proactive and innovative

**Salary**: ₹35,022.78 - ₹50,217.30 per month
