**Role Name: 3D Character Designer / MetaCharacter Designer**

**Description**:
**Main Activities (Roles & Responsibilities)**:
Character Design: Create and design detailed 3D characters, including modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation.

AI Integration: Implement and integrate AI techniques for character behaviors and interactions in virtual environments.

Collaboration: Work closely with developers, animators, and AI specialists to ensure characters meet project requirements.

Optimization: Optimize 3D models and animations for performance and compatibility across various platforms.

Asset Management: Maintain and manage 3D assets, ensuring they are organized and accessible.

Quality Assurance: Test and refine character models and animations to ensure high-quality performance and visual fidelity.

**Skills**:
Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, UnrealEngine) and texturing tools (e.g., Substance Painter).

AI Knowledge: Understanding of AI techniques for enhancing character behaviors and interactions.

Animation: Experience with character rigging and animation.

Creativity: Strong artistic and creative skills with a good eye for detail and design.

**Background Required**:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Game Design, Computer Graphics, Animation, or a related field.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in 3D character design and AI integration.

**Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing relevant 3D character designs, animations, and AI integrations.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
