Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you will help take our brand to the next level. Creating aesthetically pleasing designs for both internal and for external use. You will be core of Marketing team, creating presentations, marketing material, illustrations, brand guides, and videos to help make the brand stay core to its vision. **Tasks**

**What you will be doing**:

- Develop innovative graphic designs for a variety of digital and print media, including brochures, product packaging, advertisements, social media content, and presentations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Create and maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all platforms and materials.
- Execute updates and revisions based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Assist in creating a diverse range of static and motion graphics for various digital media platforms, focusing on our medical devices and clinical services.
- Learn to adapt and optimize motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback across various devices and formats.
- Demonstrate a keen attention to design aesthetics and detail, ensuring all graphics meet high-quality standards and align with our brand identity.
- Contribute to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and solutions that enhance visual communication in the healthcare sector.
- Help manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and ensuring timely delivery of high-standard design work.
- Collaborate closely with various departments (marketing, product development, and sales) to ensure consistency and effectiveness of all design initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, continuously refining your skills and exploring new techniques to advance our visual content.

**Requirements**:

- Graduated in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing previous work or personal projects, particularly in static and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of content creation and design, with an eagerness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, with foundational knowledge in videography, editing, and motion design.
- Familiarity with After Effects and Adobe Premiere is a plus.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to share and present design ideas effectively within the team.
- A passion for creating high-quality visual content that meets both creative standards and commercial objectives.
- Strong creative and strategic awareness, with a good visual sense and understanding of brand messaging and target audiences.
- A genuine interest in healthcare and the medical device industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
