**Responsibilities**
- New admission
- Pt discharge
- Emergency management [Coordinating with relatives and Dr for health deterioration or Death certificate]
- Weekly update to clients about Pt activities
- Patient check up everyday
- Patient vitals check in log book, if required to manually check TPR BP
- Check all updates on logbook and sign it and check if the logbook is up to date
- To see if their are any medicine errors in your rounds, if all medicines are given on time and their are no errors
- Medicine sheet check for SOS medicines / temporary medicines
- Assisting Dr for rounds and assessment report
- Dully filled prescription

**. To update any medicine changes in the logbook**

Patient allocation

Training in Nursing procedures

Hygiene training

Health check-ups

Manage staff ROTA efficiently if certain staff are on leave then to manage the centre with limited staff and support them in their activities

To perform these procedures and creating charts for
- Bladder wash
- Wound dressing
- New bedsore check
- RT change
- Catheter change.
- IV and IM administration
- Cross check medicine excel sheet with monthly stock, weekly stock and log book and noting the current counts.
**. Medicine purchase list to be send to Admin on monthly basis.**
- Log book audit.
- Medicine audit.
- Pt hygiene audit.
- Staff grooming audit.
- Surgical stock audit.
- Real time Pt diaper audit.
- Making sure that the caregivers are working according to the Care goals and to regularly update the logbook if the same is achieved or not
- Medicine sheet changes and update
- Consultant monthly roaster and their report evaluation
- Coordinate with appropriate hospital, doctors, therapists in case of emergency
- Update family caregivers and admin regrading the same
- To make sure the patient is taking care of immediately and appropriate treatment provided
- maintain appropriate documentation and paperwork of the same
- To help in providing death certificate

To conduct regular training for cargeivers
- Gauze piece made by CG to be Autoclave and date mentioned on the container.
- Surgical equipment to be sterilized weekly.
- First aid kit to be refilled and ready to use.
- Maintenance reporting of Nursing instruments and Nursing tray.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
