Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join Veg Ease Company as a Supervisor.

Experienced supervisor adept in handling fresh fruits and vegetables, ensuring optimal quality control, and maintaining strict adherence to hygiene standards. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations within the company's facility, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently and lead and support a team of production workers, ensuring they adhere to safety guidelines, quality standards, and meet production targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Team Leadership:

- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production workers to achieve productivity and efficiency goals.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.

2. Production Management:

- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operating procedures.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow to meet production targets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

3. Safety and Compliance:

- Enforce safety protocols, ensuring all team members adhere to safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to health, safety, and environmental standards.

4. Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement process changes that enhance productivity and product quality.

5. Inventory Management:

- Assist in inventory control and management to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.

6. Reporting:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on production metrics, team performance, and any other relevant data.

7. Employee Development:

- Encourage professional growth and development of team members through training and skill-building initiatives.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
