We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Telecaller** to join our team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients, explain the company’s products or services, and generate leads or sales. You will also handle inbound inquiries, maintain client relationships, and update the database with accurate information.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Respond to inbound calls and address customer queries.
- Provide detailed information about products/services.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

**Salary**: [10000]
**Working Hours**: [9:30-6:30]
