**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and creative freelance carpet designer specializing in rugs and carpet designs to join us. This role involves designing unique patterns and staying up-to-date with current market trends. Additionally, you will create engaging posters and videos for our online content, showcasing the products in the best light.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create original rug and carpet designs, incorporating market trends and customer preferences.
- Oversee the production process to ensure designs are translated accurately from concept to final product.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure quality standards.
- Create visually compelling posters, videos, and multimedia content for online platforms.
- Present design concepts and ideas to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in rug and carpet design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of patterns and design styles.
- Experience creating multimedia content (posters, videos) for marketing purposes.

Skills and Software Proficiency:

- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) - for designing and layout work.
- AutoCAD, NedGrapics or similar software - for technical drawing and design schematics.
- Ability to stay on top of home décor and têxtile design trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or certification in Textile Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Knowledge of production techniques specifically for rugs and carpets.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
