**Required Experience: 2 to 5 Years**

**Position Overview**: As a Data Manager cum Analytics, you will take a lead role in managing and optimizing databases, crafting efficient SQL queries, and collaborating closely with developers to enhance query performance. Your expertise in Excel, Python, and Visual Basics will be essential for data manipulation, and your proficiency in data visualization will be crucial for creating insightful dashboards.

Your responsibilities will extend to implementing data table structures, optimizing indexing strategies, and ensuring effective data tenancy models. Additionally, you will be involved in data modeling, encompassing entity relationship diagrams (ERDs), unified modeling language diagrams (UML diagrams), and various other modeling techniques.

**Experience**:

- 2-3 Years of proven experience as a Database Administrator, managing and optimizing database systems.
- Proficiency in handling various database management systems (e.g., PGSQL, SQL Server etc).
- Proficiency in Python and various libraries
- Preferable background in Java Spring Boot, and familiarity with JavaScript will be advantageous.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**SQL Query Optimization**:

- Craft and optimize SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval.
- Collaborate with developers to enhance overall database performance.

**Data Modeling**:

- Develop entity relationship diagrams (ERDs), unified modeling language diagrams (UML diagrams), and other data modeling techniques.
- Ensure alignment of data models with organizational requirements.

**Data Visualization**:

- Create visually impactful dashboards to communicate complex data trends.
- Utilize tools such as Tableau or Power BI for effective data representation.

**Programming Proficiency**:

- Demonstrate expertise in Excel, Python, and Visual Basics for data manipulation and automation.
- Leverage scripting skills to streamline data processes.

**Database Architecture**:

- Implement and manage data table structures to efficiently organize and store information.
- Optimize indexing strategies for enhanced database performance.

**Data Tenancy Implementation**:

- Ensure effective data tenancy models for logical separation of data in multi-tenant environments.
- Customize data access and permissions based on tenancy structures.

**Database Design and Implementation**:

- Design and implement database structures based on organizational needs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

**Database Maintenance and Optimization**:

- Perform regular database maintenance tasks, including backups, restores, and integrity checks.
- Optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and system monitoring.

**Security Management**:

- Implement and maintain database security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Monitor access controls, permissions, and audit trails to ensure compliance with security policies.

**Data Integrity and Recovery**:

- Ensure data integrity through proper database design and validation rules.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize data loss in case of system failures.

**Software Upgrades and Patch Management**:

- Coordinate and implement database software upgrades and patches.
- Stay informed about the latest updates and security patches for the database management system.

**Performance Monitoring and Tuning**:

- Monitor database performance using tools and system logs.
- Identify and address performance issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.

**Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution**:

- Investigate and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with support teams and vendors to address technical challenges.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of database configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Develop and update documentation for database-related processes.

**Data Analysis and Manipulation**:

- Employ SQL for querying requests from the database.

- Utilize advanced Excel functionalities for in-depth data analysis and manipulation.

- Design and develop interactive dashboards for effective data communication using Excel/Google Sheet.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Data Analyst
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
