News: Job Description: UX Designer Job Location: New Delhi (East of Kailash) What are we looking for? A UX Designer Who Can: - Understand product specifications and user psychology - Conduct user research and analyze insights - Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback - Create personas through user research and data - Define a user-centered interaction model and evaluate its success - Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs - Ensure UX consistency throughout the product and platforms - Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability, accessibility) - Work with UI designers and developers to implement attractive designs - Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers - Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends - Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations Required Experience & Skills: - Required Professional Experience: 0-5Years - A solid understanding of UX principles - Strong problem-solving skills - Required good experience with user research and data analysis - Good visual, written, and verbal communication skills. - The ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress and meet deadlines - The ability to effectively take direction and work both collaboratively and autonomously Tools you should know: - Adobe XD /Figma/Invison or any other similar tool - Adobe illustrator - Zeplin Education Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Experience Design, Communication Design, or any related field.
