**Responsibilities**:
- 1. Hire Talents & influencers for Video Streaming Applications.

2. Monitor talent performance & Training. Review portfolios, ability to perform, and assess efficiency.

3. Maintaining Proper documentation and relevant records.

4. Communicate with Talents & creators on a regular basis for feedback collection

5. Ensure Regular participation of Talents in events and Challenges

6. Maintain Talents payment flow by creating timely payment sheets & update records

7. Work with operations team to avoid any gap of communication between talent and Responsible bodies from the organization.

8. Maintain WhatsApp groups of talents & agencies with the Streamkar team.

9. Plan online & offline events for the talents

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
