Job Title: Merchandiser

Location: Kasna Site 5, Greater Noida

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end merchandising functions, including order management, sample approvals, and production follow-up.

Liaise with buyers to understand requirements and specifications for home têxtile products.

Ensure timely and accurate sampling of products as per buyer requirements.

Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure that products meet quality standards before shipment.

Monitor production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Manage communications between internal departments and buyers.

Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to assist in product development.

Troubleshoot and resolve any production or quality-related issues that may arise.

Prepare regular reports on order status, production progress, and delivery timelines.

Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in merchandising within the home têxtile industry.

Strong knowledge of sampling, production processes, and quality control standards.

Ability to handle and manage buyer relationships efficiently.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
