**Job Title**: SALES COORDINATOR

**Location**: Noida Sector 135

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to manage and process incoming leads. This role involves calling leads, gathering key information regarding their needs, and forwarding this information to the Manager for further action. This is a backend role with direct customer-facing responsibilities for the initial lead communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Management**:

- Monitor and capture incoming leads from the lead portal.
- Call each lead promptly to understand their needs and gather relevant information.

**2. Information Gathering**:

- Collect detailed information on the lead’s requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Organize and document the lead information clearly.

**3. Forward Information to Manager**:

- Send the gathered lead information to the Manager for quotation preparation and

Follow - up.
- Ensure the information is accurately captured and communicated in an organized manner.

**4. Follow-Up**:

- Check in with leads as needed to clarify any missing details or to provide additional information, if required.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Graduation in sales & marketing, or related field.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Sales Enthusiast
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

**Soft Skills**:

- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customer.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
