Tellecaller

A telecaller, also known as a telemarketer or telephone sales representative, is responsible for generating sales and leads by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone:

- **Making calls**Telecallers make cold calls to potential customers and existing clients to promote products or services, or to gather information. They may also manage incoming calls.
- **Building relationships **Telecallers build rapport with potential clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- **Providing customer service **Telecallers resolve customer issues and complaints, and provide feedback to the relevant departments.
- **Recording information **Telecallers keep accurate records of calls and sales, and organize customer information in databases.
- **Reporting **Telecallers prepare reports and documentation based on their conversations, and provide analysis and observations to their team lead.
