**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Manage office equipment, ensuring that it is in good working condition.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and maintaining records.
- Assist in coordinating office-related activities and events.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Telugu is a preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Must own a bike for travel and have reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (fax machines, printers, etc.).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with basic bookkeeping or accounting tasks.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to adapt to changing administrative needs.
