Job Title: Revit Trainer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars on Revit software for diverse groups of learners.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of clients and participants.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to participants as needed.
- Evaluate participants' progress and provide feedback to help them improve their Revit skills.
- Stay updated with the latest Revit software developments and industry trends to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Assist in the development of online training modules and resources.
- Support marketing efforts by participating in webinars, creating promotional content, and representing the organization at industry events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Certification in Autodesk Revit (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience using Revit software.
- Previous experience in training or teaching is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of architectural, engineering, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proficiency in creating training materials and resources.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and helping others learn.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to travel to client locations if required.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours for training sessions if needed.
