Guest Welcome and Check-in: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, efficiently process check-in formalities, register guests, assign rooms, and issue room keys. Check-out Procedures: Manage guest departures, process final bills, collect payments, and ensure a smooth check-out experience. Guest Inquiries and Requests: Answer guest questions regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, services, and address any concerns or requests promptly. Reservation Management: Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests as needed. Room Assignments: Allocate rooms based on availability, guest preferences, and room category. Guest Account Management: Maintain accurate guest accounts, including charges and payments, ensuring proper billing practices. Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with other departments like housekeeping, concierge, and food & beverage to fulfill guest needs. Information Provision: Stay updated on local events, attractions, and provide accurate information to guests. Front Desk Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring a professional appearance. Handling Complaints: Address guest complaints professionally and efficiently, seeking solutions to resolve issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,331.51 - ₹29,382.31 per month
