Production Supervisor

**Overview**: Supervise and coordinate tobacco production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Lead a team in achieving production targets while maintaining high product standards.

**Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead, supervise, and coordinate activities of production workers engaged in tobacco processing.
- Provide guidance, instruction, and training to ensure team members perform their duties effectively and safely.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of production processes and quality control.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Address any quality issues promptly, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures as needed.
- Implement measures to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.

**Working Conditions**:

- Fast-paced production environment with exposure to tobacco dust and related manufacturing processes.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
