Role

We are looking for a Junior Lawyer Real Estate who can handle the below-mentioned responsibilities.

**Real Estate Lawyer Responsibilities**:

- Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.
- Drafting of Agreements.
- Draft and negotiate real estate transactions.
- Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.
- Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.
- Represent the company in purchases and sales of properties.
- Title verification and Coordination for the Registration.

**Requirements**:
**Real Estate Lawyer Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB).
- Strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge.
- Good understanding of foreclosure.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
- Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Should be able to work independently.
- Should be enrolled with AIBC, BCI, KSBC.

**Preference**
- Languages English, Hindi and Kannada (Reading and Writing in Kannada)
