**Design Team**

In this role, you'll be a foundational member of the creative team, helping shape and define the UX vision across the group. You will be working closely with the product teams to help define the product strategy based on customer insight that guides the development teams to build great products that address real user needs, improve product usability and engagement, and work to validate customer and user problems with the team.

Designing and building products around our customers’ needs are at the heart of our business. As a creative leader within the group, you will be an advocate for developing a thriving user-centric culture within the business. Helping educate the benefits and values of great customer experience design across the group.

**UX/UI Product Designer**

**About you**:

- Previous design experience in software interface design for desktop and mobile, preferably in the Fintech sector
- Expertise in standard UX/UI software - experience in Figma to a high level would be beneficial
- A solid grasp of user-centric design (UCD), A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
- Excellent UI design skills
- Experience working in an agile, cross-functional and remote way

**What you will be doing**:

- Building clean modern user interfaces for a range of Fintech products
- Customer discovery via interviews, surveys, focus groups and other methods
- Wireframing and storyboarding user flows
- Designing low and high-fidelity user screens and clickable prototypes
- Working closely with developers to design and implement accessible, responsive and consistent user interfaces
- Maintaining the Design System, style guides and UI pattern libraries
- Ensuring the standard of UX is consistent and maintained throughout the products
