We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Cosmetologist cum Assistant Manager to join our team at Dr. Pashmin's Wellness Clinic. As a premier wellness clinic specializing in holistic beauty and wellness treatments, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and results to our clients. This role offers a unique opportunity for a talented individual to blend their expertise in cosmetology with managerial responsibilities, contributing to the growth and success of our clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of cosmetology treatments like, Chemical peels, Medi
- facials, skincare treatments, hair removal, laser treatments, hair treatments.
- Provide consultations to clients, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
- Assist in managing daily clinic operations including appointment scheduling, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Supervise and mentor junior cosmetologists and estheticians, providing guidance on treatment techniques and client interaction.
- Collaborate with the clinic's management team to develop marketing strategies, promotional events, and sales initiatives to drive business growth.
- Monitor and maintain treatment rooms and equipment to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate client records.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
