**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Monitoring & Operations**:

- Monitor computer systems, networks, and peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and resolve system errors, bugs, or malfunctions promptly.
- Manage routine tasks such as job scheduling, batch processing, and report generation.
- **Data Entry & Management**:

- Enter, verify, and update data in relevant systems and databases accurately.
- Generate and distribute reports as required by different departments.
- Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of data.
- **Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution**:

- Diagnose hardware and software problems and coordinate with the IT team for quick fixes.
- Log technical issues and follow up on their resolution to ensure mínimal downtime.
- Provide basic user support and guide employees on software or system usage.
- **Backup & Maintenance**:

- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and recovery processes are in place.
- Monitor antivirus systems and update security patches as necessary.
- Maintain and clean hardware equipment, including printers and scanners.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain logs of system operations, incidents, and performed activities.
- Provide status reports to the IT or Operations Manager.
- Update manuals and operational procedures as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
