**Job Description**:
As a Gynecologist (MBBS) at Medinetix Healthcare Private Limited, you will specialize in women's reproductive health, providing expert care to patients across our network of polyclinics. Your role will involve conducting consultations, performing examinations, and offering treatment options tailored to each patient's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Consultations:
Conduct comprehensive consultations with female patients to address their gynecological concerns.
Perform thorough examinations, including pelvic exams and Pap smears, to assess reproductive health.
Diagnostic Procedures:
Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as ultrasound scans, blood tests, and hormone assays.
Make accurate diagnoses of gynecological conditions, including menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, and reproductive system infections.
Treatment Planning:
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient history, examination findings, and diagnostic results.
Prescribe medications, hormone therapies, and contraceptives as appropriate for various gynecological conditions.
Minor Procedures:
Perform minor gynecological procedures such as IUD insertion/removal, endometrial biopsies, and colposcopies.
Provide counseling and guidance on family planning, pregnancy prevention, and reproductive health.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with obstetricians, fertility specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
Postgraduate qualification (MD/DNB) in Obstetrics and Gynecology preferred but not mandatory.
Valid Medical Council registration and license to practice medicine.
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in gynecology.
Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in gynecological examinations and procedures.
Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
