**About the Role**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Set up and manage company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Create and post engaging content including reels, stories, and graphics.
- Plan and schedule content calendars.
- Work on SEO basics and help with website/blog updates.
- Analyze campaign performance using insights/analytics.
- Research digital trends and suggest improvement ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc. (preferred).
- Creative thinking and good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently without close supervision.
- Willingness to take ownership and learn quickly.
- Final-year students, recent graduates, or freshers with relevant skills.

**Education & Qualifications**:

- Completed a Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in mass communication, Marketing, Journalism, or any relevant field.
