**Job Description for Jr. Account and Finance Executive**
- Knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
- Keep accurate records of all daily transactions.
- Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
- Strong work ethics and ability to work on confidential data.
- Must be qualified in Accounts and finance.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time
- sensitive tasks.
- Month end closing of books of accounts & Knowledge up to finalization of accounts
- Reviewing Trial Balance & General Ledgers
- Bank Reconciliation Statements
- Maintaining Fixed Assets Register
- Vendor / Customer Account Reconciliations
- Maintain the details of Prepaid & Provisions on a monthly basis
- MIS Reporting (experience is preferable)
- Month end closing of books of accounts & Knowledge up to finalizations of accounts
- Fixed Assets Register
- Familiarity with accounting software (Tally prime)
- Good knowledge of accounting standards and bookkeeping procedures.
- Strong ethics with the ability to manage confidential data
- Good knowledge of accounting standards and bookkeeping procedures.
- Preparation of workings for statutory dues (GST, TDS).
- Accounting and Book-Keeping
- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field
- Prepare balance sheet and invoices
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
