**Position Title**:
**Data IO Technician Position Overview: The Data Technician position requires applicants to have a strong set of ethics, ability to work under rigid deadlines and occasional erratic schedules. We place a strong emphasis on working and cooperating as a team. Deluxe Data I/O team strives to provide 24/7-hour service to our clients, vendors and production crews.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide prompt and secure handling of encrypted and multi-formatted data from clients to and from our internal network.
- Collaborating with other Data I/O staff, logging into various file transfer systems to download files, including troubleshooting issues with hard drives and network.
- Receiving materials from a variety of sources, logging and tracking all materials, communicating with production teams on materials received and being delivered.
- Performing basic QC checks on incoming and outgoing materials.
- Assign appropriate metadata to assets.
- Manage drive storage, backup and archive assets.
- Timely identification and escalation of issues to support team.
- Other duties as identified and assigned

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Must have excellent clerical skills and attention to detail.
- Can communicate clearly and effectively in spoken and written English.
- Basic knowledge of Mac and PC navigation.
- Comfortable with command-line or terminal interface.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good time management skills, excellent problem-solving skills.
- A keen interest in media and multimedia is required.
- Prior experience of RDP, VNC, TeamViewer, basics of Linux, running Python/batch scripts is a plus

Pay: Up to ₹425,000.00 per year
