**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform accurate eye testing and vision checks for walk-in and appointment-based customers
- Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and advise on lens options and frames
- Educate customers on eye care, lens usage, and product options
- Support the sales team by providing technical assistance during product selection
- Ensure clinical quality standards and hygiene protocols are maintained
- Handle pre
- and post-sales queries related to prescriptions and eye health
- Maintain customer records accurately and update the system as required

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Optometry from a recognized institution
- Minimum **1 year of experience** as an Optometrist, preferably in a retail/optical chain
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-centric attitude with a sales-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of optical retail systems and eye testing equipment
- Fluency in English and local languages (Hindi/Marathi )
