Industrial Store Staff Job Description (SAP S/4HANA Experience, 2+ Years)

**Position**: Industrial Store Staff/officer
**Experience Required**: 2+ years with SAP S/4HANA

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of industrial materials and spare parts using SAP S/4HANA.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and assist with physical inventory audits within SAP S/4HANA.
- Process goods movement transactions such as goods receipt, goods issue, and stock transfers in the SAP system.
- Ensure timely and accurate material availability for production, maintenance, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and maintenance teams for material requirements and stock replenishment.
- Monitor stock levels and generate SAP S/4HANA reports for inventory status, slow-moving items, and discrepancies.
- Adhere to industrial safety standards and store housekeeping protocols.
- Support compliance with company policies and ensure SAP S/4HANA data integrity.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in an industrial store or warehouse environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial inventory management, material handling, and SAP S/4HANA processes.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial setting.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
