Today, we’re looking for an organized, operationally minded and analytically driven Paid Media Specialist to transform our paid media marketing campaigns across Search, Social, Display, PPC, Native et al. You will have the opportunity to be part of an innovative, fast growing business unit focussed on revolutionizing digital media to maximize online presence and conversions.

**What you’ll do**
- You will be responsible for the execution & management of all paid media campaigns (platforms include Google, Meta, Display, etc)
- Daily optimization and management of campaigns to adhere to marketing goals.
- Test out new marketing platforms and techniques and look for opportunities to innovate and develop new techniques.
- Develop strong ad copies for ads, campaigns, and landing pages.
- Budget management including allocation & monitoring of monthly budgets as per media plan, oversight of billing, and financial reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Reporting of all paid media campaigns across all channels.

**Who you are**
- Have 2+ years of work experience working with paid media channels with a strong performance record. A bonus if you have worked with reputed digital agencies handling a monthly budget of at least 100K
- Passionate about digital media and analytics.
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point.
- Professional communication - both written and verbal.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team.
- Organized with keen problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
