**About Us**:
Prakrithi by Ramya is a premium designer boutique based in Calicut, specializing in designer blouses, lehengas, gowns, Kanchivaram saris, and wedding collections. We're passionate about ethnic fashion and storytelling through visual content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and create high-quality content (photos, reels, stories, etc.) for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Work closely with the in-house team for model shoots and product highlights.
- Write captions, hashtags, and engaging post copy aligned with the brand voice.
- Schedule and post content regularly.
- Monitor analytics and insights to understand content performance.
- Manage and assist with social media ad posting (Meta Ads).
- Stay updated with social media trends, reels/music trends, and competitor strategies.

**Requirements**:

- experience in content creation and social media management.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook, including posting, scheduling, and ad management.
- Ability to shoot/edit reels using mobile apps or basic editing tools.
- Creative eye for fashion and aesthetics.

**Salary**:
₹12,000 - ₹16,000 per month (Based on experience and skillset)
