**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Mathematics to students of Classes 10, 11, and 12 (CBSE and WBCHSE boards).
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments in line with board guidelines.
- Use interactive teaching methods to make complex concepts easy to understand.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized academic support.
- Track student progress and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with academic counsellors and parents for regular updates.
- Maintain a disciplined and focused classroom environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the secondary and senior secondary level.
- Familiarity with both CBSE and West Bengal Board syllabi.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

**Work Schedule**:

- **5 days a week**:

- Occasional weekend sessions for doubt-clearing or test discussions may be scheduled.

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 (Based on experience and performance)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
