Taking handover from previous shift.

Assigning rooms for the arrivals. Conduct the check-in /check-out procedure as per the established standards of the company.

Monitoring the house position, room reservations and room blockings (current and next shift).

Ensuring approved billing, cashiering and accounting practices are followed.

Ensuring that guest complaint is promptly resolved to the entire satisfaction of the guest.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
