**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller who will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inbound customer inquiries, and promoting our services/products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to customers/prospects to:

- Generate leads
- Promote products/services
- Build relationships
- Resolve queries

2. Handle incoming calls from customers, providing information, answering queries, and resolving issues.

3. Meet/exceed daily call targets and sales/conversion goals.

4. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales.

5. Follow up with leads to close deals.

6. Stay updated on products/services and industry trends.

7. Collaborate with team members to achieve team goal.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree

2. Skills:

- Excellent communication/ persuasion skills.
- Strong listening/ problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software.

3. Language: Good Communication in both English and Tamil.

**Experience**:0 - 1 year of experience

**Location**: Perundurai

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
