What’s the role all about?

Experiment-driven approach - Design and drive campaigns defining hypothesis, executing,
analyzing and systemizing them.

Focus on customer funnel driving acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.

Strong analytical ability to figure out problem statements and plug leakages in user funnels.

Connect with customers sending right messages at right time leveraging the best available
channel for the choice.

Manage the brand presence via social media and other outlets.

Develop & implement an attribution model to fully understand the role of each online
channel.

Improve existing and develop new programs for acquiring customers. Lead strategic thinking
around onsite and offsite acquisition programs

Monitor all levels of acquisition funnel; analyze performance, identify
areas for improvement,and take action to improve overall acquisition metrics

**A few traits that we are looking for this role**:

- Exceptionally performance-driven, digitally savvy, analytical, and able to manage a project

to a timeline and budget
- A creative mind, someone that can help to create engaging, exciting communications.

What’s it going to take?

8+ years’ experience in digital and multi-channel customer acquisition with strong
experience of PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display & Mobile marketing.

Should be expert in Microsoft Azure development

Strong C# Development skill

In-depth knowledge of design issues and best practices. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming

Experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, Azure Storage, Azure Development and Configuration, Azure Active Directory AD

Practical hands-on experience on Azure using key services like App service, Logic Apps,
Web Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API, Service, Azure Service Bus, Key Vaults, Azure
Data Catalog, Cosmos DB, SQL Server

Good experience in ASP.NET,C#, MVC 5, Single Page Applications (SPA) frameworks like Angular JS, SPFx customization and development, React, Angular, Bootstrap, Javascript, CSS, HTML, Jquery, Vue, TypeScript 1.7 or higher

Experience on Containerization, micro service development on Azure is a plus

UX | UI - Design concepts and experience in building visualization

and CI/CD - Pipe line
