Introduction:
The purpose of the Solution Architect is to drive end to end and integrated technology solutions in line with business need and outcome.

What will you be doing?
- Delivering solutions across all HR tech platforms
- Support with defining the solution architecture roadmap
- Assess and recommend the best tech solutions to address business and client needs
- Create and define the business case for solutions
- Design solutions to assist with prototyping and development, and take the solution through to deployment
- Become a trusted advisor to key decision makers through demonstrating thought leadership in cloud adoption
- Heavily involved in requirements gathering, designs, and tech QA reviews
- Centrally coordinate the development of new or enhanced cloud capabilities based on customer need and firm standards
- Propose improvements to cloud management platforms, strategic approaches, and related security governance based on continual review and the evaluation of enterprise cloud consumption trends, across both internal and external business lines

What we’re looking for:

- Must have extensive HR and system architecture knowledge
- Essential to have experience in cloud computing - proven experience in architecting and implementing a wide range of HR tech solutions across leading ERP packages including SAP, Oracle and Workday
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building
- Strong compliance and security knowledge
- Experience as a solution manager or developer in creating new solutions
- Effective cross-functional project management, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Any Bachelor’s/ graduate level degree

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Must have 5 to 8 years of experience on Workday
- Must have extensive HR and system architecture knowledge
- Essential to have experience in cloud computing - proven experience in architecting and implementing a wide range of HR tech solutions across leading ERP packages including SAP, Oracle and Workday
