**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and persuasive Fundraising Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will reach out to potential and existing donors, sharing our mission and encouraging financial support for our programs. Your goal will be to help us achieve our fundraising targets and build lasting relationships with our supporters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to solicit donations and support for our projects.
- Explain our mission and the impact of donor contributions in a compelling manner.
- Maintain updated records of sponsors, booking schedules, and meal delivery status.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the donor database.
- Follow up with donors to confirm pledges and provide thank-you acknowledgements.
- Strong convincing and people engagement skills.
- Report on call outcomes and suggest strategies for improving donor engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Bachelor's degree or in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 1 yr experience in telecalling in any industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, resource mobilization, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Passion for the NGO’s mission and commitment to making a positive impact.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
