Digital Marketing
- Responsible to run Google and Facebook ads. End to end campaign management to generate maximum leads. Conduct keyword research and optimize the campaigns. Research and analyze competitor advertising links, optimize the ad copy, landing pages for the best lead quality.
- Optimize the campaigns regularly for improving performance. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
- To possess a strong awareness and comprehensive understanding of social media tactics and strategies - including organic and paid social media, influencers, community, brand activations and video.
- To have a deep knowledge of how social content functions on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter and how to optimize this content to generate the best results.
- Responsible for influencer management and community building.
- Familiarity with basic SEO concepts for the purpose of social media
- Need to have a good understanding of google analytics, analytics tool and business manager tools.

Desired Qualification
- To have hands-on experience of around 3-5 years in SEM experience in managing PPC campaigns across Google, well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Location: Bangalore
- Should be comfortable to work in a high growth start up environment.
- MBA/ Graduate
- Good communication skills

Location - Bangalore
Salary Range
- 3.0 - 3.8 Lakhs per annum (negotiable depending on the capability & experience)

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
