**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute **digital marketing campaigns** across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.
- Manage and grow **social media accounts** with creative and engaging content.
- Collaborate with the **design and content teams** to create visually appealing creatives and posts.
- Implement **SEO and SEM strategies** to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Manage **Google Ads, Meta Ads**, and analyze campaign performance reports.
- Stay updated with **industry trends, algorithms, and best practices** in digital marketing.
- Track and report performance metrics, suggesting improvements for ROI optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Visual Communication, Media Studies, or related field.**:

- 1-3 years of experience in **Digital Marketing / Social Media Management** (Freshers with good skills can also apply).
- Strong knowledge of **Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, and Analytics tools.**:

- Creative mindset with good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of **Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools** is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Content strategy & calendar planning
- Campaign performance reporting
- Copywriting for social media and ads
- Influencer coordination & brand partnerships

**Compensation**:

- Based on experience and skill level
