Golden Grande is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of a wide variety of projects, from residential homes to large commercial developments. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs meet both aesthetic and functional needs while complying with relevant codes and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
*Develop architectural plans, designs, and specifications for projects, from

initial concept through to completion.

*Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their

feedback into design solutions.

*Prepare drawings, 3D models, and presentations using CAD software (e.g.,

AutoCAD, Revit).

*Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and other

regulations.

*Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders during the

design and construction phases.

*Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues.

*Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 1-4 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
